Slowing down and reflecting on this question has helped me in many ways, but for today's thought, I'll share one:
I'm way better at changing my mind. Being honest based on new information, quitting the “wrong stuff fast” and going after what’s working.
It helps you raise the floor of what you're willing to accept, rather than chasing a glass ceiling someone else invented -- or worse, a cliff you may not see -- while also letting go of the things that never mattered to you.
Experience doesn't prevent, it prepares
Using your past to shape your future can be powerful… but limiting. Use the past to inform, not limit, your opportunities today.
Your story, unique view of the world, and (totally not chaotic) process is your secret weapon. What you bring to the room is your value as a creative.
